A smart company with a strong brand positions itself as more than just the company, a way of life, because it is a concept, and something to be proud. To identify something, be one with. If your brand is not strong in the minds of your own team, then you need to work on it.
The staff at Enterprise Rent a Car, Starbucks and Nordstrom identify with the brand, and are proud to work there, is it part of who they are.
